LuvlyFans Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how users, creators and visitors may use LuvlyFans and what activities are prohibited.

This policy forms part of the LuvlyFans Terms of Service. By accessing or using LuvlyFans, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. General requirements

You may only use LuvlyFans for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

You must not use LuvlyFans in any way that:

• Breaks any applicable law or regulation.

• Infringes another person’s rights.

• Places another person at risk of harm or exploitation.

• Interferes with the operation, security or integrity of the platform.

• Circumvents our payment, verification, moderation or safety controls.

• Exposes LuvlyFans, its users or its service providers to legal, regulatory or financial risk.

2. Age, identity and consent

LuvlyFans is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher.

You must not upload, publish, send, request, promote or otherwise distribute content that:

• Depicts, refers to or sexually portrays anyone under the age of 18.

• Depicts a person whose age or identity cannot be properly verified.

• Features another person without their prior, informed and documented consent.

• Was recorded or distributed without the knowledge and consent of everyone depicted.

• Misrepresents the identity, age or consent of any participant.

Creators must retain all required identification, consent and release documentation and provide it to LuvlyFans upon request.

3. Prohibited content

You must not upload, publish, send, request, promote or link to content involving:

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual depiction or implication involving minors, whether real, fictional, animated or simulated.

• Rape, sexual assault, coercion, forced acts or simulated non-consensual activity.

• Revenge pornography, hidden-camera material, voyeurism or other non-consensual intimate content.

• Sleeping, unconscious, heavily intoxicated, drugged or otherwise incapacitated individuals.

• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation or forced sexual activity.

• Incest or simulated incest, including sexualised family or “step-family” roleplay.

• Bestiality, sexualised animals or sexual activity involving animals, whether real, implied, animated or simulated.

• Necrophilia.

• Blood, faeces, urine, vomit, mutilation or permanent bodily injury in a sexual context.

• Choking, cutting, knife play, torture or other activity presenting a serious risk of harm.

• Genuine violence, abuse, self-harm, suicide or dangerous conduct.

• Public nudity or sexual activity where non-consenting members of the public may be present or reasonably able to witness it.

• Hate speech, terrorism or discrimination against protected individuals or groups.

• Illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, scams or instructions facilitating illegal activity.

• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

• Photorealistic AI-generated adult content, deepfakes, face-swapped content or synthetic media presented as a real person.

• Content generated entirely by artificial intelligence without meaningful human creative involvement.

• Any other content prohibited by the LuvlyFans Prohibited Content Policy or applicable law.

This prohibition applies to public posts, paid content, profile information, usernames, messages, comments, livestreams, stories, Spotlight posts and any other area of LuvlyFans.

4. Prohibited sexual and commercial services

You must not use LuvlyFans to:

• Advertise, arrange, offer, request or facilitate prostitution, escort services or paid sexual activity.

• Arrange in-person sexual meetings in exchange for money, gifts or anything else of value.

• Promote human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

• Sell or promote illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons or fraudulent services.

• Operate a pyramid scheme, deceptive investment scheme or get-rich-quick scheme.

• Mislead users about products, services, content or potential earnings.

LuvlyFans may restrict language or links that reasonably appear to facilitate prohibited services.

5. Creator collaborations

Verified creators may contact other verified creators about genuine content collaborations, provided that the communication is lawful, respectful and individually directed.

Collaboration requests must not:

• Offer, request or arrange paid sexual services.

• Be sent repeatedly after the recipient has declined or failed to respond.

• Be sent indiscriminately or in bulk to multiple users.

• Contain harassment, pressure, threats or misleading information.

• Attempt to bypass LuvlyFans’ verification, consent or collaborator approval processes.

Before publishing collaborative content, every person depicted must be at least 18 years old, appropriately verified and have provided informed consent and the required documentation.

A verified account or creator tag does not replace the creator’s responsibility to maintain valid consent and age-verification records.

6. Payments and off-platform transactions

You must not:

• Request or accept payment from fans outside LuvlyFans for content, subscriptions, messages, tips or services offered through LuvlyFans.

• Direct users to another payment service to avoid LuvlyFans fees.

• Share payment details or external payment links for the purpose of circumventing LuvlyFans.

• Initiate fraudulent transactions, chargebacks or payment disputes.

• Use stolen cards, compromised payment information or another person’s financial account without permission.

• Manipulate referral, subscription, tipping or payout systems.

LuvlyFans may investigate, withhold or reverse funds where fraud, chargebacks or policy violations are reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law and our payout terms.

7. Harassment and user safety

You must not:

• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk or intimidate another person.

• Publish or threaten to publish another person’s private information.

• Blackmail, extort or pressure another user.

• Send unwanted sexual content or messages.

• Continue contacting someone after they have clearly asked you to stop.

• Discriminate against or encourage violence towards another person or group.

• Impersonate another person, creator, company or member of LuvlyFans staff.

• Use deceptive identities or account information.

8. Spam and unauthorised promotion

You must not:

• Send bulk, automated, repetitive or indiscriminate messages.

• Send persistent unsolicited promotional or collaboration messages.

• Operate fake engagement, follow-for-follow or manipulation schemes.

• Post misleading links, phishing material, malware or deceptive promotions.

• Collect user information for unsolicited marketing.

• Promote unrelated businesses or third-party commercial services without permission.

Occasional, individually directed and relevant communication is not considered spam unless it becomes persistent, deceptive or unwanted.

9. Platform and account misuse

You must not:

• Access another person’s account without authorisation.

• Sell, transfer or provide unauthorised access to your account.

• Create accounts to evade a suspension, restriction or permanent ban.

• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools or automated systems without written permission.

• Copy, scrape, download or redistribute content without authorisation.

• Attempt to discover, bypass or exploit security vulnerabilities.

• Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology.

• Manipulate platform statistics, recommendations, views or engagement.

• Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform.

• Use LuvlyFans data to build or train artificial intelligence systems without written permission.

• Make false or abusive reports against other users.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

10. Intellectual property and privacy

You must only upload or share content that you own or have permission to use.

You must not:

• Copy, record, download, reproduce, sell or redistribute another creator’s content without permission.

• Remove watermarks or ownership information.

• Share private messages or personal information unlawfully.

• Use another person’s name, image, likeness or intellectual property without authorisation.

11. Reporting violations

Users may report suspected violations using the reporting tools available on LuvlyFans or by contacting [email protected].

We may request additional information when reviewing a report. Knowingly submitting false, misleading or abusive reports may itself violate this policy.

12. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that this policy has been breached, we may:

• Issue a warning.

• Remove or restrict content.

• Limit messaging, posting, payment or account functionality.

• Temporarily suspend an account.

• Permanently terminate an account.

• Withhold or delay payouts where permitted by our Terms of Service and applicable law.

• Preserve relevant evidence.

• Report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement, regulators, payment processors or other appropriate authorities.

We will consider the nature, seriousness, context and frequency of the violation when deciding what action to take. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without a prior warning.

Eligible users may appeal moderation or account decisions in accordance with our Appeals Policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes to the platform, applicable law, regulatory requirements or the requirements of our service providers.

Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Continued use of LuvlyFans after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
